Soup & Sauce Chiller

With the soup & sauce chiller, your workflow in connection with the production of soups and sauces is streamlined. Our soup & sauce chiller significantly reduces the cooling time for hot products. Depending on what you are cooling, the soup & sauce chiller can reduce the heat og the product from 90° C to 10° C in less than 60 minutes.

The soup & sauce chiller is a simple construction that raises and lowers a cooling coil, which is connected to a glycol or ice water system. This creates movement in the product and ensures maximum cooling.
